Business meetings start at 7:00 PM on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings typically run until about 8:00 or 8:30 PM and are followed by a short training or presentation.

Depending on the content of the meeting and other factors, meetings are often held by video conference or a hybrid of in person and video conference. In person meetings are held at Downeast Horizons (directions below).

Covid19 Protocols for Monthly Business Meetings and Trainings Masking is currently optional for in person meetings and trainings. However, we monitor local hospitalization trends and capacity related to infections with SARS-CoV2 and other respiratory pathogens and may require masks be worn to avoid the potential of adding stress to regional medical systems.

The Downeast Horizons building is located at the head of the island on Route 3. Coming from Ellsworth, the Workshop is approximately 1.3 miles from the intersection of Routes 102 and 3 directly across from the Mt. Desert Narrows Camp Ground. Coming from Bar Harbor , it is the first left after the Knox Road turnoff to Town Hill.
